This license applies to the following extensions by Cloudstack Solutions SRL, Valea Lupului, Iași, Romania ("Licensor"), purchased through the Adobe Commerce Marketplace:
IdPlug Admin SSO (cloudstack/id-plug-pro)
IdPlug SCIM Provisioning (cloudstack/id-plug-scim)
IdPlug Customer SSO (cloudstack/id-plug-core), which these extensions require, is free and is covered by its own license terms.
1. GRANT
For each paid subscription, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the extension on one production Magento Open Source or Adobe Commerce installation, plus any number of non-production installations (development, staging, testing) that serve that production installation.
2. SUBSCRIPTION TERM
The license runs for the subscription period purchased on the Adobe Commerce Marketplace and renews according to the Marketplace's subscription terms. During an active subscription you receive updates and support. If the subscription ends, you may keep using the last version you received, but you no longer receive updates or support.
3. WHAT YOU MAY DO
Modify the source code for use on your licensed installations.
Let agencies or contractors install, configure and maintain it on your behalf.
4. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO
Redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent or publish the extension or modified versions of it.
Use one subscription for more than one production installation.
Remove copyright or license notices.
5. DATA AND PRIVACY
The extension runs entirely on your servers. It contains no license check and sends no data to Licensor. Identity data stays between your store and your identity provider (for example Microsoft Entra ID or Okta): sign-in requests go to the identity provider you configure, and SCIM provisioning requests come from it to your store's own endpoint. You are the controller of that data.
6. SUPPORT
Support is provided during an active subscription at contact@cloudstack-solutions.eu. We aim to respond within two business days.
7. WARRANTY
The extension is provided "as is". Licensor does not warrant that it is error-free or suits a particular purpose, except where the law does not allow this to be excluded. Test it in a non-production environment before production use.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Licensor's total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the extension in the 12 months before the claim. Licensor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data. Nothing limits liability for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health.
9. TERMINATION
The license ends automatically if you breach it. On termination, you must uninstall the extension.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This license is governed by the laws of Romania. Courts of Iași, Romania have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
11. MARKETPLACE TERMS
Where this license conflicts with the Adobe Commerce Marketplace terms that apply to your purchase, the Marketplace terms take precedence.
